IBM will be prominently represented at Aquaterra.

IBM will be prominently represented at Aquaterra.

IBM and Amsterdam RAI signed a sponsorship agreement earlier this month and IBM will be prominently represented at Aquaterra. The company, which has water management as one of its innovative spearheads, expects the agreement to enhance its contacts with leading policy makers, hydraulic engineers, CEOs and managers in the field of delta and coastal management from around the world.

The agreement has more to offer in addition to IBM’s participation in Aquaterra. According to conference manager Xander de Bruine of Amsterdam RAI, the cooperation is also intended to strengthen each other’s products. 'IBM will contribute to Aquaterra with specific knowledge about ICT applications in solving complex delta and coastal area issues. At the same time, we will provide IBM with a platform to present its ICT applications to a global audience.'
